Legislative
- For years, the founding members of Freedom and Family Action highlighted a critical vulnerability in how online political fundraising is regulated. Alabama and Wisconsin took historic steps to help fix that gap.
- On the legislative side, within one year of our formation in 2025, our signature bill to stop ActBlue’s long-time practice of processing billions of dollars in dark money for liberal causes and candidates became law.
Political
- On the political side, we provide information to voters to help them choose candidates who live and vote their values.
- Our sister organization, WI Faith and Freedom, did this by distributing 402,000 voter guides to faith-based voters who skipped the 2020 presidential election in a state where many elections are decided by fewer than 30,000 votes.
Freedom and Family Action
Freedom and Family Action is a 501(c)(4) advancing conservative policy, protecting our elections from threats like foreign donations, and building permanent, year-round grassroots power.
Many conservatives, inspired by the successes of the Wisconsin Faith & Freedom Coalition’s first-year effort to put 402,000 Trump vs. Harris comparison pieces in the hands of voters, wanted to build on that effort – but asked to undertake activities that went beyond the scope of that organization. Freedom and Family Action was created so those conservatives would have an organization that could undertake the two main activities that went beyond the scope of that Wisconsin-based 501(c)(3). Our purpose is simple:
- Advance model legislation—LOBBYING for legislation, starting with stopping foreign donations from entering the U.S. political system through unverified gift-card transactions.
- Engage in political activity that a 501(c)(3) cannot—mobilizing conservatives beyond just registering them to vote and getting them to the polls by training volunteers, and building permanent ground-level power nationwide.
LEGISLATIVE MISSION
Months after launching, Freedom and Family Action secured a major legislative victory: Wisconsin became the first state in America to pass model language (AB 385) to stop foreign money from entering our elections through unverified online contributions. Alabama becaome the first state to outlaw the process (SB92).
Using that victory, we have created a turn-key process any state legislator, congressional office, candidate, or policy advocate can use to introduce and advance the same protections in their state.
As reported in this post https://wisconsinffc.com/2026/05/10/election-integrity-including-our-actblue-bill-signed/, eight days before the May 19 primaries, our Government Relations Director Jack Anderson secured his first major victory with passage of the nation’s first law stopping ActBlue’s practice of processing billions of dollars in unverified contributions to left-wing causes. Governor Kay Ivey signed the legislation after multiple ActBlue executives pleaded the Fifth during congressional testimony.
We are especially grateful that many of the legislators who voted for this measure, for whom we are canvassing many doors among the 126,840 Alabama doors canvassed recently in Alabama for next week’s primaries by our Director of Strategic Engagement and Field Operations Holly Klucarnich. Our bill SB 92 won bipartisan support as part of a broader election integrity package including 13 measures.

Responding to the “Americans Abroad” Objection
Opponents often claim CVV verification would block Americans living overseas from donating.
This is false.

POLITICAL MISSION
The Strategy Conservatives Forgot to Fund
Freedom and Family Action fills the gap that campaigns leave behind.
Campaigns end.
Consultants leave.
The left keeps organizing.
We do too.
Born in one of America’s toughest battleground states, our approach is different:
- 402,000 voter comparisons in churches and on doorsteps indirectly resulted in a surge in turnout among faith-based conservatives, which indirectly resulted in a 20,000-vote loss becoming a 29,000-vote conservative win.
- We train volunteers, organize communities, and operate year-round.
- We build infrastructure, not momentary excitement.
- We remain on the ground the day after the election, when others disappear.
This isn’t just grassroots.
It’s generational.
Our mission:
Shift the balance of power back to families, faith communities, and constitutional conservatives—not with ads, but with permanent organization.
